Though there are many meditation techniques, “ANAPANASATI” is the simplest technique irrespective of age, and the one who practices this regularly see improvement in their physical, mental, emotional and spiritual aspects. The right way of doing “ANAPANASATI” meditation is “RIGHT MEDITATION”. Giving importance to quality meditation than quantity meditation. Whereas, non-violence means joy, joyfulness is our true nature. We all have to practice to culture ourselves to be non-violent in our thoughts, words, deeds, and intentions with living and non-living beings including with our own selves. Only through non-violence one can attain inner peace and hence leading to world health and peace.
